SNAH Ride Platform

SNAH Healthcare Software Management, LLC created SNAH Ride as a Free platform. SNAH is a management service

provider that provides this platform at no monthly or membership fee to rides and is intended for use as is.

SNAH Healthcare Software Management (SNAH) values ride's privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you

understand how we collect and use personal information from rides providing services, and what we will and will not do

with the information we collect. Our policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with SNAH Healthcare

Software Management of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed, most existing privacy

standards.

This page is used to inform end users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if

anyone decided to use our platform.

Information Collection and Use

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve

the right not to complete your registration to have you as a ride or allow you to provide your services through the SNAH

Ride platform.

If you choose to use our platform, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal

Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the platform. We will not use or share your information with

anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our

Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at SNAH Ride platform, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We collect your data for several reasons:

● To better understand your needs and provide smooth accessibility of your services to those who have the need and

send in their booking requests through the platform for these;

● To fulfill our legitimate interest in improving accessibility of your services;

● To send you promotional emails containing information we think you may like when we have your consent to do so;

● To customize our platform according to your interactions and personal preferences.

This platform collects various types of information, such as:

● Voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, email address, the last four digits of your

social security, bank account information, etc. which may be used for fees and payment information where applicable,

when you provide services you provide to SNAH Family Users that send booking requests through SNAH platform.

● Information automatically collected when visiting and/ or using our platform, which may include cookies, third party

tracking technologies and server logs.

In addition, SNAH Healthcare Software Management may have the occasion to collect non-personal anonymous demographic

information, such as age, gender, as well as the type of browser you are using, IP address, or digital device which will assist us

in providing and maintaining superior quality platform.

SNAH Healthcare Software Management may also deem if necessary, from time to time, to follow sites and/ or service providers

that SNAH Rides may frequent to gleam what types of services and products may be the most popular to end users.

Please rest assured that this platform will only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by email or

through the SNAH Ride platform itself. It is the intent of this platform to use personal information only for the purpose for

which it was requested, and any additional uses specifically provided for on this Policy.

SNAH Healthcare Software Management may find it beneficial to all our customers to share specific data with our trusted

partners in an effort to conduct statistical analysis, provide you with email and/ or postal mail, deliver support and/or arrange for

deliveries to be made. Those third parties shall be strictly prohibited from making use of your personal information, other than to

deliver those features which you requested, and as such they are required, in accordance with this agreement, to maintain the

strictest of confidentiality with regards to all your information.

SNAH Healthcare Software Management uses various third-party social media features including but not limited to Instagram,

Facebook, YouTube, and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and required cookies to work properly.

These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within SNAH’s control.

For a better experience, while using SNAH Ride platform, we may require you to provide us with certain personally

identifiable information, to run it through a vetting system for the safety of those you provide services to, and ride liability

insurance, to protect yourself during services you provide. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as

described in this privacy policy. However, it is your responsibility as a ride to have these documents in your possession

during your use of the SNAH Ride platform.

SNAH Ride platform does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Links third-party

service providers will use for this function are www.snah.org, through Google

(https://apps.apple.com/us/app/snah-ride/id1642275209). SNAH Healthcare Software Management does not now, nor will

it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of its end users visiting or using SNAH ride lists and/ or names to any third parties.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use the SNAH Ride platform, in case of an error in the platform, we collect data

and information on your device data related to the platform. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet

Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the platform when utilizing SNAH

Ride, the time and date of your use of the platform, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your

browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This platform does not use these “cookies' ' explicitly. However, the platform may use third party code and libraries that use

“cookies'' to collect information and improve their connection with you through the platform. You have the option to either accept

or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not

be able to use some portions of this platform.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate the accessibility to SNAH Ride services;

• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to

perform the tasks requested through the platform. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any

other purpose.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of

protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure

and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

SNAH collects personal and location data from your tracked device, per HIPAA compliance. We encrypt your personal and

location data when transmitting from your device to our server for services provided through SNAH,

Data access is protected by an account authentication process. Only the account holder who knows your account credentials

can access your data in your account.

Your account and location data are stored in our secured database. Only an administrator, who needs the information for

specific job related reasons is granted access and tracked when logging in accordingly. The server in which we store our

database is hosted with Amazon Web Service in a secure environment.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age that is unrelated to the

platform purposes. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately

delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal

information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserved the right to make changes to this Policy at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with

the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page. If at any point in time SNAH Healthcare Software Management

decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated

when this information was initially collected or on the platform, the end users shall be promptly notified by email or through their

SNAH Ride account in the platform. End users at that time shall have the option as to whether to permit the use of their

information in this separate manner.
